Website Use By accessing and using this website, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the applicable legislation. The user undertakes not to use the website for illegal activities or that may harm the rights of the company or third parties. 3. Purchase Process 3.1. Product Selection The user can browse the website and select the products they wish to purchase, adding them to the shopping cart. 3.2. Personal Data To make the purchase, it will be necessary to provide personal data, such as name, address, email, and payment information. This data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 3.3. Order Confirmation After submitting the order, the user will receive a confirmation email with the details of the order. The order will only be processed after payment confirmation. 4. Prices and Payments 4.1. Prices All prices shown on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force. Shipping costs will be added to the total amount and displayed before final order confirmation. 4.2. Payment Methods: Credit or debit card payments. We accept payments through VISA, MasterCard, and VISA Electron cards. To process payments securely and efficiently, we use the WooPayments tool. In the last step of the purchase process, you will be redirected to a secure page integrated into our website, where you can enter your credit or debit card details. Delivery Information The maximum delivery time for your order is 30 working days after payment confirmation. However, we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, depending on availability and product type. Our contracted transport companies make deliveries from Monday to Friday. On the day the order leaves our factory, you will receive a notification email. Subsequently, the carrier will send you an email with the shipping information, estimated delivery date, and a tracking link for your order. If you have any problems with your delivery, you should contact the carrier directly. Upon receiving the order, it is important to confirm that the quantity of packages received matches the quantity indicated on the delivery receipt or on the carrier’s PDA. All our furniture is shipped completely disassembled, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We provide printed assembly instructions in A5 format, with clear and detailed guidelines for each piece shipped, ensuring simple and efficient assembly. In addition, if the customer prefers, we can send a digital copy of the instruction manual. The assembly of the furniture is the responsibility of the customer. To facilitate the task, we include the necessary hardware for the correct assembly of the order. Please note that we do not include tools such as screwdrivers or hammers, which are necessary to fix each piece of furniture. Upon receiving the order at your home, check that all packages are correct. 6. Returns and Refunds 6.1 Right of Withdrawal The customer has the right to return the purchased products within 30 days from the date of receipt, without the need to justify the reason, as established by European and Portuguese legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and Article 12 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14), which guarantees consumers the right to terminate the distance contract within this period. 6.2. Conditions for Returning Items: For the product to be eligible for return, it must be delivered in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Note: To allow inspection of the product, the tapes that seal the packaging may be removed, as long as the integrity of the package is maintained. Furniture that has been assembled or whose assembly process has been started will not be accepted for return. The product should not show damage caused by the buyer and should maintain its original commercial appearance – with intact labels, undamaged protective film, and all its functional properties. If any product arrives damaged to the customer, they should contact the company as soon as possible. To request a return, please contact our customer service through the email furniture@sururu.co, providing the following information: Email address used in the order. Order number (starting with “#”). Products you wish to return. Reason for return and any additional comments. Note: This condition does not apply in case of a defective product. Additionally, the returned item must correspond to the composition originally received and may not show signs of use. 6.3 Refund After receiving the returned product and confirming its good condition, Sururu Furniture will refund the amount paid for the product within 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the user to purchase the product. 7. Warranty All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, which ensures a minimum period of 24 months (2 years), as established by the applicable Portuguese and European legislation. If the product has any manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the advertised description, the customer should contact our Customer Service, through the email furniture@sururu.co, detailing the problem and, whenever possible, attaching illustrative photographs. After analyzing the case, we will take the appropriate corrective measures, which may include repair, product replacement, or refund, depending on the situation and availability. We emphasize that this warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, or interventions carried out by the customer. Our commitment is to ensure the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers, guaranteeing that each product purchased is in perfect conformity with your expectations. 8. Intellectual Property The contents of the website, including but not limited to texts, images, videos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Sururu Furniture or its licensors. The user is not authorized to reproduce, copy, modify, disclose, or use these contents in any way without the prior and express consent of Sururu Furniture. 9. Notes In some cases, the images, measurements, colors, and names presented are merely indicative. What is displayed on the screen may vary for various reasons, such as device calibration, ambient lighting, viewing angle, among others. If the customer needs detailed information, they should consult our technical service, as returns for technical reasons will be the responsibility of the customer. Product measurements have a tolerance of up to 20mm. 10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these terms, the judicial court of the district of Porto will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any conflict. Sururu Furniture reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
